The support answers on question at BlueSkyAsset@yahoo.com, but the bank check supposed to have been send mid of March 4 weeks later still not arrived.
The support comments this with the post transfer from Switzerland to Germany (neighbor countries) migth take 3-4 week.
From my point of view its SCAM.
