Default No Confidence in Confidence Earn - SCAM
This program seems to be a SCAM for the average investor, they cannot even spell correctly in their emails.

I requested my first withdraw on 3-28-13 of $125.
The next day I went back to check on status and re-invest, but I had been locked out of the system and can no longer login (checked again 1 minute ago to confirm).
When I emailed them about it, this is the direct quote I received from them:

"We are sorry to say that our site is under DDOS attract.we will be back as soon as possible "

Since that time, all of my emails have gone unanswered.

I would suggest all new investors to stay FAR AWAY from C.E. as they only seem to be interested in paying monitors to promote them until they also disappear from the HYIP radar screens.

Thumbs down Attention! Hyip didn't pay!
Hyip is not paying, after letter to tech support account was blocked.
Asked to refund 96 USD, and 20 usd left to reinvest.
