Default Still pending even I contact them
I cant count how many times I email them about this, but still no payment recieved. I'm still hoping for my payment

Default Pending payment for more than a day
The FAQs says if the payment is not instant it's 12 hours max . it's been more than a day now and i sent 3 tickets with no answer although they say it's 24/7 support . the online chat support is not working also . i will update if still not paid or paid in the coming hours
