dont invest here, in live status total withdrawal is increasing but my payment is not at received, admin is already started pay all payments, i had never see a stable hyips which pays 400% in only 10days this is a fast scamming hyip admin is scamer

I have tried to withdraw $10 from my Top Finance account for over a week now. When I check, it's pending, and then a couple of hours later I see that they cancelled the withdrawal request and they added it to my account balance. I'm pretty sure at this point I can kiss the money in that account balance good bye. Don't invest here, unless you want to lose money.
