still can be open
try to re connect your internet.. i have the same problem just like yours.. but then I turn off my modem and I turn it again and reconnect my internet and done,, everything is just fine,, this Oil capital is a very good HYIP man,, trust me

i've try thousand time  , restart my comp any time but still cannot open the site... but, if they stay pay it's okay.. i will be patient

just try to clean your recent history,, id you are using mozzila just click tools and click clear recent history like cache active log in and etc
