On 27th I went to LR account and STILL NOTHING THERE!!
I went again to my OC account and guess what?!!
All money - all $1120 was BACK to my account! No sign of any withdraw request.
Well - I did what every one would do - I wrote TWO letters to Admin Oil-Capital and did Another withdraw request and another screen shot of it.
For 2 days I was writing letters to OC and got NO ANSWER!!
And I began panicing!!
I did 2 more withdraw requests and ALL went back to my account.
On 29th I did ONE more withdraw request and it was pending there since!!
I went to Golden Talk forum and posted my question there about the situation.
I got advertasing letter from OC and decided to reply to it with my questions since noboby answered to me.
And I got a little letter back from OC.

I really do not know what to do.
I call it SCAM!!!!!
How would YOU call such situation and acts Oil-Capital?

lol...dont you know that LR is disable at this time..didnt yur receive from all hyip warning that LR web still cant open for some reason..

why on earth will you put that kind of money into 1 hyip? i am sure you are a newbie....There are only a hand full of hyips that will pay you well above $250 at an instant and oil-capital is NOT one of them.All you could ve done was to withdraw smaller amounts until all your money is paid.
there is absolutely nothing you can do NOW other than to plead and apologise because they will rather close their shop and form another hyip than pay you.ALWAYS join a program through a referral that can fight your case for you or else you stand no chance.... inbox me your user name email and the whole story i will try to settle it for you with oil-capital

oww common just relax brother maybe they are just perfoming some maintenence or something. I have join oil capital since oil capital is open. and i have experience too. just calm down. refresh your page, clear you cookies, or just wait another day.
