well i totally agree but the truth is as long as we have so many dishonest monitors (including hyip explorer) who are only interested in getting referral commisions it will continue like this the best we can do is avoid such monitors. AS far as am concerned MNO is the best he warns his readers and who invested thru him weeks before any program collapses he has zero tolerance for mischieve by any admin. thanks to him i ve minimized my loses and maximized my gains

I am very interested to know what MNO is. I need to find a good monitor.
