Emails to ALL those "regional" offices go to the same server in Uruguay!
Their website is hosted in Ukraine.
The Whois data referring to Westchester, California, is fake.
Make your own minds up on that one!

This is the reply I got after sending pending payouts. I received it at 4:22pm on November 26, 2010.
Hello dear Oilstructure member, please take your time and read this message carefully.

Recently LibertyReserve website made several changes in their system which caused delays in payments from us. We are sending you a temporary solution instructions to receive your pending and further withdrawals.

1. Login to your LibertyReserve account, go to Merchant Tools (in the top navigation)
2. Click on "Create new API"
3. Enter the following entries
3.1. API Name: Oilstructure
3.2. Sec. Word: Oilstructure1
4. Tick ENABLED
5. Tick TRANSFER
6. Tick BALANCE

Other values leave to default. Enter your master key to submit and save the settings.

After doing so, kindly reply to this message and indicate your LR account. This should solve the payment delay issue.

pls do not try that they will steal every cent you have got. if this is true oilstructure is now 100% SCAM

@claretblue i think is time we collaborate to destroy all these hyips they are all thieves run by the same people and protected by these scam monitors.these same guys on oilstructure are bringing another one so pls save all the data on oilstructure so when they come out with a new name we will kill d program b4 they scam people again

Plz. dont do this. B'coz this mail is not from oilstructure.com. This is from oilstructure.com (at ) gmail.com. Oilstructure website itself announced it mails from this id as scam.

why everybody thinks that any HYIP program will make them millionare... all hyips are bpund to become scam at one stage or another so be carefull and only invest to enjoy like we play in casino..... never be too happy and never feel sorry... just be carefull and never invest more than 5 or 10 $.... Oil Structure was good till it lasted
