I'm agree with you...
several days ago, I also sent scam report to hyip explorer about iceberg finance, and the next day after my report, the hyip explorer was still given paying sign on that program....  I also made report to other hyip monitor, and that program act quickly by putting that program a problem program sign....

You are right bro. I've being hit.. I don't know what to do now.... I am confuse.... HYIPexplorer really need to take out all ads of problem sites becos of people like me who are new in hyip...

This is risky industry, the only guide is the monitor. So they should do their duty and act immediately to remove any scam sites to avoid others become victim of the scam site. Admin please remove the ads immediately for the benefit of the newbie. Thanks a lot

Maybe they need some additional admin whom they can trust to update the site always preferable twice a day

dear admin of winnerearn, you keep on telling that after60days is a scammer, now you also already become a scammer, Don shame yourself, ask hyipexplorer admin to remove your banner, IMMEDIATELY, before new investors fall into your shameful trap.

I'm fully agree with posts above. Hyipexplorer admin, I think it's time to change the objective of your site. You should sell advertising banners to scammed programs only... Just look at your main page. Big banner of Winnerearn, banner of GlobalBank INV on the left side. Both GlobalBank INV and DailyWith are still in the "Top performer" list with "paying" status. I have already lost confidence in your site as well as many other users! It doesn't show day-to-day picture of hyip industry!

this monitor still promoting scams... such as dailiywith, sinfinance, stock-biz, brandaily, global bank inv..
it is shame for hyipexplorer... I always checked this monitor status to invest or not... I guess we should go to another monitor...
there is still winnerearn ad.. it sucks.

I posted a few scam reports. But admin didnt care. All the scams that I invested are still as 'paying' status. He is not changing them. I have no idea WHY
