Yes, the problem with live chat, e-mail and answerphone will all derive (now) from the disappearance from the corporate hosting company as all these things were supported by them. Prior to loss of phone link the support team itself was responsible for responding to e-mails and chat. The phone was working about 1 week ago and the position was they were unsure as to when they would overcome the backlog in bank wire withdrawals - this itself could be an indication that many people were demanding their deposits back. A surprising outcome for a company committed to being "in for the long haul" and online for about 18 months.
Perhaps these hyips just get weary and go! Whether innocent or guilty i think it's obnoxious.
Bump: I don't think anyone will make any deposits into this program now. If you can't contact support , DONT invest (not that i ever will now).
Bump: HyperCompound was the only company i ever got any return from and even then it was small. When i discovered a problem with LR payment it was Christmas eve eve (23 dec).... HAPPY CHRISTMAS
