they do selective payment...paying HYIP monitor, and pay just less member with less profit.

What the hell about these websites?
I read that they pay again yesterday after they stop paying as the last week!
And I receive an email from the other site informing me about my withdraw!
What that?
Can we stop these websites & behaviors by posting to hyipexplorer or police for example to close them and retreiive our money?
