How does hyipexplorer pick HYIP's
I see some new programs listed on the premium listing. How does hyipexplorer know which ones may be good over all the others new programs. Also the same question for any of the programs listed. I know some monitors will say a program is good as long as the scam program is paying that monitor. I have been scammed by these smaller monitors pushing known scams. I now only use the top 3 or 4 monitors. Even doing this I
have been taken. I have reported not getting paid and the monitors continued saying the scammer was not a scam because they, the monitor, was still being paid.
Is there a post somewhere explaining how hyipexplorer picks their programs?
