Why feedback doesn't work?

I got a problem with one of monitors: i paid for the listing and the project was processing, but next day the project was deleted from the base. Could you let me know, what's wrong? If the project isn't going to be placed then i'd like to get my money back.
I wrote to Support, but unfortunately still didn't receive an answer.
