Let me suggest you a way to get it exchanged without paying huge fees to the sites. Go to Facebook and search for a page Named Liberty Reserve and Like it,post on it's wall whatever you need but when you decide to make a deal then please consult me or any other member of that page because there are some people on that page who are cheat.(For ex.
