open an account w/ Liberty Reserve...major problems the account # they gave me is not 10 digits,...and have major problems getting another one!!!

they will be back in 5 minutes...this is the situation

signed up yesterday....they give you a password...master key #, login pin #,
security question and password to your e-mail.

then you go to step 2,,....get your account #

now to verify the account you need to put your account# and password...no luck!!!!

want to reset it...it says 10 digit account # mine is only 8

they tell me to use reset wizard,...it says this account cannot be reseted

I never had seen LR account with 10 digits. Do you mean LR??
LR account No. should look like this Uxxxxxxx , ie. starting letter 'U' + 7 digits from 0 to 9. So it should be 8 digits&letters long as total.

Perhaps there is a glitch in your browser if it doesn't support a script execution or rejects LR's cookies. Try to use another browser. I suggest Firefox, it works perfectly with LR.

Yes, maybe it is your browser because when I was using my IE I had some problems to login on LR.
With FIREFOX I didn't have these problems

I work with Perfect Money and work OK. I believed that is a better one today.
