Has anyone used Pacificfunds.net to fund liberty reserve?
I am probably going to just have to use western union because there are no exchangers left who will take credit cards from the USA. If you have heard anything about this service, please let me know. I understand I am asking alot of questions, just want to get it right and not lose money.
