i made withdrawal 1-million-usd since yesterday till now is still pending...it's scam?

sorry if I'm wrong post .... I would like to report that nano .. effectve earn extra earnings .. .. immedite reture-cash does not pay me I've lost a lot of my money in 4 hayip and had never been to 4 hayip widrawl from the scam ... and now I've sent my email but none of my email in reply
