It not serious to make such a fake statements. Manual payments while LibertyReserve API system is not working are now called selective? Contact support first before doing this next time.
By the way, LibertyReserve API is now back so all pending payments are processed.

Actually i also like the Admin PammGroups, 
But he did a very slow way of payment.
Why he doesn't have own staff to help him  if the payments are to be with a manual?

for me, I not like anyone, even its admin that still paying
Let i give u my prediction that pammgroups maybe not so long to survive in this hyip like TOP WALLET or maybe even worse
But it's all just my opinion..
