How to complaint more logically agains HYIP

Dear friends,
I know from my analysis that most of us are sometimes scammed by HYIP programmes and we can do nothing to them. All our effort are just concentrated to sharing our scam or warnings report in different forums. I just think little differently from that. Here in below some of the sites which truely help us i believe:

1. Internet Crime Complaint Center(IC3)
The IC3 was established as a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) to serve as a means to receive Internet related criminal complaints and to further research, develop, and refer the criminal complaints to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement and/or regulatory agencies for any investigation they deem to be appropriate. The IC3 was intended, and continues to emphasize, serving the broader law enforcement community to include federal, as well as state, local, and international agencies, which are combating Internet crime and, in many cases, participating in Cyber Crime Task Forces. 2. National White Collar Crime Center
The mission of the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) is to provide training, investigative support and research to agencies and entities involved in the prevention, investigation and prosecution of economic and high-tech crime.

A non-profit membership organization dedicated to supporting Law Enforcement in the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of economic and high-tech crime, NW3C has been continuously funded through competitive grants for over three decades. NW3C membership consists of Law Enforcement agencies from all 50 states and four continents.

While NW3C has no investigative authority itself, its job is to help law enforcement agencies better understand and utilize tools to combat economic and high-tech crime. The hyperlink of this site is:

I hopefully think if we are aware about this and try to catch them who will took our hard earned money instead of just making scam report or posting comments this will be more helpful to all of us. Any comments are highly appreciated friends.
