I have lost $100 in hourly cash is this site really scam if so why not police caught those people and jailed them,i worried money island would turn up to scam.

of course that soon will be the same, in 99,99(9)%  ) but all know this, all what u invest in hyips it's not guarantet, even they write that it is. U can just try invest smart and never invest more what u can lose. GL )

first time not paying
Hi, I have invested 100USD in Money Island, and yesterday evening I made a withdrawal request, but so far it is still pending. I wonder if this is the sign that they are going down now?

Yeah, I think so too, they sent me ane amil saying my withdrawal request is processed, but they did not provide the transaction batch number, nor the LR account where they paid it to... And the admin is sending out emails to me asking me if I am interested to join and start their next HYIP prorgram, Of course... I already did, with my 100USD... LOL
