Posted 12-02-2008 at 07:09 PM by HYIPexplorer
HYIPexplorer: Hello. What's your name and position in the program?
GeniusFunds: My name is Mark Stelvio and I am the managing director here at Genius Funds. HYIPexplorer: How many people are managing the program and can we know their names and their positions? GeniusFunds: There are four full time professionals that manage our investment funds. EMGF fund is managed by Christopher Jacobson and John Athanasiou. The WBMF fund is managed by Barry Lewis. Michael Lee overseas both investment funds and acts as a comptroller for the firm. Mark Stelvio is the managing director. HYIPexplorer: Could you confirm when your program officially started? GeniusFunds: Our firm is operating since the end of 2006. HYIPexplorer: Are you a registered company? Where are you based? Do you have a real office? Can investors have a look at company legal documents? GeniusFunds: Yes, we are. Our firm is registered in the Republic of Cyprus. We also maintain a fully staffed office in Limassol, Cyprus. Investors can request corporate documents from customer support. HYIPexplorer: Please tell us more about your investment activities. Are the returns fully backed up by your investments? GeniusFunds: Our fund managers invest funds into equities and bonds on financial markets. As you might know, the markets are not performing that well at the moment. To counter the effects of the looming financial crisis, our fund managers use advanced trading techniques that take advantage of falling as well as rising markets. The funds are licensed outside the heavily regulated US and European financial zones, therefore managers can take advantage of “short” trades and stock options for risk balancing purposes. Managers can also invest into very lucrative unrated corporate bonds, which are unavailable to investment funds from regulated environments, such as UK and the US. This allows our investment funds to yield profit even at times when markets are not performing well. HYIPexplorer: Have you any earning reports available to view? GeniusFunds: According to corporate policy we do not disclose sensitive financial documentation such as earnings reports. HYIPexplorer: What payment processors do you accept? Why did you choose these payment processors and do you plan to add more payment options in the near future? GeniusFunds: We currently accept Liberty Reserve, u-GotCash and bank wire transfers. We are not planning to introduce new payment processors in the near future as we believe that the integrated solutions are sufficient to satisfy the needs of all potential investors. HYIPexplorer: What steps have been taken to secure members funds? (website security and your investment risk) GeniusFunds: Our system is designed using advanced enterprise-level system architecture. Our servers are located in highly secure data centers and our IT managers perform regular backups and security checks on all servers that contain sensitive financial information. In order to have the best security measures we also went through the scrupulous process of our company verification and received an EV SSL certificate. Not only it confirms our identity to visitors but it also allows us to encrypt customer's information using state of the art 256-bit encryption. We employ enterprise-level DDOS attack protection service. HYIPexplorer: What advertising strategy do you use to make "GeniusFunds" known among online investors? GeniusFunds: We use both online and offline marketing methods to attract new investors. Our online strategy involves banner advertising with both HYIP related and non-HYIP related sites. Offline strategy concentrates on close cooperation with our regional representatives who personally manage investor relations. HYIPexplorer: Are you planning to close your program for new investors at any time? GeniusFunds: We are not planning to close any part of our investment portal to new investors. HYIPexplorer: What plans do you have for the future of your program? GeniusFunds: This is a very important question and I think it deserves a strong emphasis. In the near future we plan to introduce a fully localized, Spanish version of our web site to better serve the increasing number of Spanish-speaking investors from Latin America and Spain. We also plan to introduce Mandarin Chinese live chat and e-mail support. A new investment fund will be launched in the spring of 2009. The fund will be an index-tracking fund which will also generate moderate weekly income. Total Comments 8
