BIG SCAM , I invested 30$ and it is pending yet , it is scam dont invest, very bad company.  they dont reply at all !!

Not PAID TO ME TOO ! 
admin is very bad !
i invested 15$ and it is pending for 2 days , i sent a mail to him and he say that he will pay me in next 3 weeks ! and i should wait to pay me more !! help me 
may be this hyip scam in next 3 weeks !
any one can help me ?!
