My deposit not appear in my account

it almost 18hours

here is the proof from LR:

Hello,
same things for me.
I contact them many times (but they did not reply).
no deposit visible on my account on general-income.com
But the transaction for deposit was done, in LR I saw -50 USD.
=> it's a SCAM ... ??

same for me and my friend, payment sent with proof never appeared on general income account !!!
