I don't think they are coming back. Seems they have been getting cease and desist orders for some time. Glad I only put in $25. I guess I can't post a link so you will have to find it yourselves. I went to hyip-pulse dot com and found a link to the North Carolina Secretary of the State. It lists all their cease and desists PS is at the top. Good luck finding the info.
