I just invested into this account. Accessed it with no problem. Made my investment. Now I can't access my account since I made the investment. Claims my username or password is wrong. It's the same username and password I had used.

I clicked on the forgot password link hoping by reseting the password I could get into my account. I clicked on the forgot link and it asks for the username or your email address. Then it will send a link to follow to take you to a password reset. It recognized my username and my email address. I tried this several times over the past 2 days; but it is not sending me a link to reset my password. I also have emailed them 2 times over the past 2 days and I just emailed them now. They have not replied to any of my emails. I tried phoning but nobody is answering and there is no answering machine attached to this phone number. So I will try again at a better time. Their office might be closed.

If anyone else is thinking of opening an account or investing into MGF walk softly; because the same thing could happen to you. Invest and all of a sudden your password or username is wrong even though it recognized my email address and my username; but did not send the link.

I still can't login. It still doesn't send me a link to reset password. I've tried all kinds of times throughout the day and night to contact them by phone. All it does is ring and ring and ring. No answering machine. I've sent 3 emails to them and they do not reply.

I know my password it correct.

I truly believe this is a ponzi scam. It's a case of new money paying the first ones that invested. I made my deposit and after that I could not login to my account and can't get any help.

I'm glad to hear that someone else can't login. (not glad that you personally can't login.) but the fact I'm not an isolated case.

I should have mentioned they are in the Grand Cayman's. Enjoying cool ones on the beach at our expense. Nice place to rip the people off and enjoy life at the same time.
